If you could vote in an election that pitted John F. Kennedy against Ronald Reagan, who would you vote for?

    Reagan. No contest.

  • Ummm… Ronald Reagan was fiscally irresponsible and not a good president. JFK was politically irresponsible and a decent President.

    Can I get a 3rd choice here?

  • JFK, for sure. He wouldn’t get anything done, but maybe his successor would.

Unfortunately, Reagan was perfectly able to get things done…really, really stupid, costly things.

  • JFK.

Reagan always scared me. Sure it was less than Nancy scared me, but really… that’s not saying much. Mostly because I was 4 when he became president and 12 when it ended. Plus my grandmother, who loved Richard Nixon, loved Ronald Reagan. So I thought of them as being the same person, until I turned 5 or so and figured it out.

  • Oh gosh, I would pick JFK cuz he’s soooo much hotter than Reagan! And OMG, his family TOTALLY killed Marylin Monroe!!!!

*Hey, somebody had to post this kind of a response*

  • Say what you will of Reagan, but he did survive his assassination attempt. That’s got to count for something.

  • Sigh, it’s late… “greater purpose.”
